As a Digital Product Manager Sr. within PNC's MarTech and Digital Experience organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH or Birmingham AL. This Digital Product Manager Sr. sits at the intersection of marketing, technology and customer experience and will develop impactful digital experiences that help shape the future of u2014our enterprise digital storefrontu2014by building scalable, customer-centric solutions that drive business growth and deepen client engagement. What Youu2019ll Do: Youu2019ll be part of a collaborative, results-oriented, and data-driven team focused on owning and delivering best-in-class digital experiences. Your work will directly support PNCu2019s enterprise growth imperatives, including household acquisition and customer relationship deepening. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Translate business objectives into digital journeys using our content management platform in Adobe Experience Manager to deliver measurable outcomes. u2022 Partner with product, marketing, development and design teams to align digital experiences with strategic goals. u2022 Apply design thinking, test-and-learn methodologies, and performance analytics to continuously improve experiences. u2022 Leverage customer insights and market trends to inform experience enhancements. u2022 Facilitate intake and briefing processes to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders. u2022 Support creative development and content workflows using our Adobe suite of products. u2022 Monitor KPIs and business results for digital experiences and recommend optimizations that improve performance and customer satisfaction. u2022 Ensure site experiences meet operational requirements for business and campaign needs Execute customer-focused quality assessments and support compliance, risk management and audit needs. Job Description + Supports and executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices. + Completes analysis of digital experience trends, and third party requirements as necessary, in support of the development of new and existing digital experiences. Supports business case development. + Makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports & manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences. + Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs. + Supports business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting, and effectively recommends modifications to improve results. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
