Responsibilities: u2022 Supervise daily mailroom operations, including sorting, distribution, pickup, and delivery of mail and parcels.u2022 Ensure timely processing of incoming/outgoing shipments. u2022 Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency and meet service-level agreements.u2022 Lead, train, and schedule mailroom staff.u2022 Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.u2022 Ensure adherence to safety procedures and workplace standards.u2022 Coordinate courier services and internal delivery routes.u2022 Track packages and resolve delivery issues or delays.u2022 Maintain relationships with shipping vendors and service providers.u2022 Manage bulk mailings and special delivery projects.u2022 Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive mail.u2022 Enforce proper handling of certified, registered, and confidential materials.u2022 Ensure compliance with postal regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.u2022 Oversee inventory of mailroom supplies (labels, postage, packaging materials).u2022 Manage postage meters and shipping systems.u2022 Ensure equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
