VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLYResponsibilities:- Assist with preparation, review, and submission of certified payroll in compliance with applicable regulations.- Support contractual reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all client and regulatory submissions.- Perform administrative tasks related to contracts, including tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.- Assist with general accounting and finance functions, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis.- Support accounts receivable and collections efforts, including follow-ups on outstanding invoices and maintaining aging reports.- Participate in the development of cost proposals, including pricing analysis and supporting documentation.- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure alignment between financial reporting and contractual obligations.- Assist in improving internal processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required), advanced degree or professional certification preferred.- 5-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles.- Strong understanding of certified payroll and contract-based financial environments preferred.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with government contracts or prevailing wage environments.- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Win Team or similar platforms.
