Primary responsibilities includedelivering personalized leasing experiences to potential residents,escorting prospects to multiple locations, conducting post-tourfollow-ups, and ensuring smooth application processing.The successful candidate will embody and work to reinforce MAAs CoreValues. Drives personal vehicle to lead and escort eachprospect following in their personal vehicle to additional communitieswithin the market, as needed. Conducts engaging property tours whilebuilding rapport and trust with each prospect. Highlights and connects the prospects wants and needs to the specificcommunity, addresses and overcomes objections, generates a sense ofurgency to lease, and asks for a commitment by completing a leaseapplication at conclusion of the tour. Conducts post-tour follow-up with each prospect to reinforce decisionto lease and answer any questions or transition the prospect back to theprospect engagement team for additional lead nurturing and engagement.Performs follow-up communication with prospects as needed to supportleasing efforts. Ensures accurate and timely application process transition uponsubmission by prospects. Communicates next steps to be facilitated bythe centralized application processing team, including necessarydocumentation. Processes lease applications as needed when centralizedapplication support is unavailable. Supports multiple properties within a designated region, determinedby unit count and geographic proximity. Develops and maintains a deepknowledge of all aspects, amenities and features of each assignedcommunity. Tours properties within the market to expand familiarity andavailable community options for prospects with different wants andneeds. Builds and maintains a catalog of video tours showcasingavailable floorplans. May tour comparable communities within the market to stay informed ofmarket competition and adapt to the sales environment. Monitors property landscape and other attributes to identify andreport potential safety hazards and concerns and ensure quality propertyaesthetics. Adheres to a varied work schedule, including weekends and someholidays, as required to be available to prospective residents. Monitors, audits, and maintains artificial intelligence toolknowledge base to ensure accuracy and enable optimal performance ofcentralized support Collaborates effectively with team members and stakeholders usingdigital collaboration tools and platforms (e.g., email, videoconferencing, project management applications) to coordinate tasks andshare updates. Ensures availability during established working hours and appliesself-motivation and time management to meet deadlines and deliverhigh-quality work independently. Adheres to company policies andsecurity protocols while working remotely. Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of thebusiness.Required Qualifications 1-3 years of sales, leasing, and/or customer service experiencerequired, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
