Position Overview This role focuses on providing high-quality customer support in a fast-paced healthcare call center environment. Youu2019ll handle inbound calls, document interactions, resolve customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service. u2022 Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers. u2022 Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication. u2022 Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner. u2022 Documents all calls into appropriate systems. u2022 Communicates with all departments to resolve client questions and problems in a timely manner. u2022 Acts as a resource person for complex questions regarding reports, technical issues, dialysis procedures, etc. u2022 May refer to senior staff for assistance with higher level problems that may arise. u2022 Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution, as deemed necessary. u2022 Assists with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor. u2022 Other duties as assigned. Key Qualifications + High School Diploma (required) + Spanish bilingual (required) + 2 years of call center or high-volume phone experience + Healthcare call center experience preferred + Strong customer service and communication skills + Comfortable with computers (email, spreadsheets, documentation systems) Nice-to-Have Experience + Healthcare industry exposure + Medical billing + Accounts receivable + Customer support experience Position Details + Pay Rate: $18.00/hour + Assignment Length: 6-month contract-to-hire + Start Date: May 4, 2026 + Environment: Fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare call center This is a great opportunity to gain healthcare experience and convert to a full-time, direct role with the client after the initial contract period, based on performance.
