If Warehouse Associate sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now Responsibilities for a Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to: u2022 Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and distributing orders for processing u2022 Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to move, gather, distribute, and ship freight accurately u2022 Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries to verify loads arrive on time and in good condition u2022 Take check calls from drivers and validate load data before marking loads as delivered for accounting purposes u2022 Maintain a safe, organized, and accessible warehouse while following all safety policies and procedures Candidates for Warehouse Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered: u2022 Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds u2022 Must be able to load and unload trucks in a warehouse environment u2022 Basic written and verbal communication skills required u2022 Basic computer skills required u2022 Steel toed boots required u2022 Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry, trailer loading and unloading experience, handheld scanner experience, and the ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions are preferred What's in this Warehouse Associate position for you? u2022 Pay: $ 17.00/hour u2022 Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, plus alternating Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM u2022 Weekly paycheck u2022 Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter u2022 Access to Adeccou2019s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses This Warehouse Associate position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
