Those projects may includeinnovative products for aerospace, medical and government sectors.Responsibilities include- Provide operational management of projects which includes developing schedules and budgets and managing expenditures and project execution- Serve as primary customer contact- Identify staffing and other resources required for each project- Oversee, approve, and assume responsibility for the creation of responses to RFQ's, additional changes in contract/program scope, and/or any and all customer or internal changes that affect program goals/metrics (i.e. cost, gross margin, schedule(s))- Provide coordination of reviews and requests as well as contract negotiation- Ensure projects are in compliance with customer and government standards and requirements, as applicable- Oversee day-to-day activities and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiencies- Interface directly with all internal department leads, outside suppliers/vendors and especially the customer regarding all facets of program control, management, and reporting- Generate and provide all required reporting
