Responsible for managing and leading a team of Operations andArea Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center (FC).3. Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives andother Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and ultimately the fulfillment center to meet and exceed business plan.4. Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance andcustomer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations.5. Establish and clarify requirements and expectations for Operationsand Area Managers. Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds Ops Managers accountable for their performance and theperformance of their departments.6. Leverage the Operations and Area Managers by sourcing andnurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvementplans for the functional area.7. Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, shifts and among the distribution networks.8. Work closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, ITand other Sr. Operations Managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives.9. Manage and lead operations and salaried workforce/team of areamanagers to correct quality defects and effect process efficiencies to improve customer experience for Global Supply Chain Fulfillment/Distribution operations.10. Perform deep-dive analysis of complex data collected from theprocesses of the operations such as how orders are taken andprocessed, to the items available for selection and how these itemsare shipped and reach the customer, and continually innovate andoptimize the processes for cost reduction and operation efficiency(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $ 135,000/year to $ 182,700/year) is an Equal Opportunity - Affirmative Action Employer - Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual OrientationBASIC QUALIFICATIONSMaster’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration,Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. In thealternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalentdegree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Supply ChainManagement, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressivelyresponsible postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a relatedoccupation.Experience must include: • 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques. • 1 year of experience in cross-functional coordination experience across different business units and experience conducting qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives. • 1 year of experience in management experience (Salaried workforce or program management) in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production/procurement, distribution, logistics or related environment/operationsThe pay range for this position in Rochester, New York is $ 135,000/year to $ 182,700/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
