As an Affordable Leasing and Compliance Specialist at Riverwalk Park, you’ll be at the center of creating access to high-quality housing—ensuring every application, certification, and approval is handled with accuracy, integrity, and a deep understanding of regulatory standards. Working alongside experienced leadership, you’ll navigate the complexities of affordable housing programs while directly impacting individuals and families seeking a place to call home. This is an opportunity for a detail-driven professional to elevate their expertise in compliance while playing a meaningful role in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.Responsibilities:Conducts eligibility appointments and processing applications for affordable or middle-income housing programs.Performs proper calculation of income and assets for all certifications. Follows up with applicants in obtaining required paperwork. Requests third party verifications, reviewing applicant provided information for accuracy and completeness.
