Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a reputable Critical Access Hospital providing adult outpatient rehabilitation services in Peridot, Arizona. As part of a critical access facility, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of diagnoses and functional needs, helping patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall function so they can return safely to their daily activities.You will collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and measurable patient progress.
