Job DescriptionThe OpportunityAs the senior HR leader for the hospital, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team and a trusted advisor to the CEO. The reporting relationship for the role is matrixed to the Charleston Division HR Executive and the Orangeburg CEO. You will lead the full spectrum of Human Resources and Employee Health operations while driving a comprehensive people strategy focused on: Strengthening organizational culture and engagement Improving retention and workforce stability Elevating leadership effectiveness and accountability Ensuring competitive, equitable compensation and benefits Building strong talent pipelines and succession plans Enhancing employee relations and trust across the organizationThis role is both strategic and operational.
