The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Compensation:$15.50 - $16 hourlyResponsibilities:Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, ensuring guest satisfaction. Welcome guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide room keys. Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift. Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings. Qualifications:Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
