Capability development of senior business development resources Develop and execute go to market strategies aligned with Proxxima’s global growth objectives. Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing to define messaging, collateral, case studies, and targeted campaigns for new markets. Collaborate with product management to bring forward customer insights, feature priorities, and industry requirements. Work with finance and legal to structure commercial models, proposals, and contracting frameworks. About you Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic commercial roles Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and managing multi-million dollar pipelines. Previous experience in the infrastructure industry will be valued Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally. Ability to navigate matrix organizations and work effectively with global teams. Willingness to extensively travel internationally Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong technical acumen and ability to translate customer operational needs into digital solutions.
