Previous cake decorating experience is helpful, but not required, we will train the right person.Punctual, responsible, and reliableSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyOrganized and time management focusedCoachable and receptive to feedback A great team player ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Skillfully decorate, label, and package ice cream cakes, following company guidelines & standardsEnsure all established par levels are met and correctly executed for high volume retail operationsExecute custom cake orders, including neatly writing inscriptions Monitor product quality for freshness and ensure proper product rotationMaintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and appearance throughout the facility to meet or exceed food safety requirements as established by local and state health departments and industry best practicesTrack product and ingredient waste; follow company recipes and SOPs to ensure accurate food costsParticipate in and contribute to regular staff meetings This list is generally descriptive and is not entirely inclusive.
