Each of our stores is a market in the truest sense and is a place to exchange goods, services, and ideas for those really into food.Job Summary: As an eStore Curbie, you will retrieve eCommerce online orders from their put away locations and transport them to the Customer.Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:• Customer Service:Uses a digital tool to retrieve and review customer ordersCommunicates order changes / adjustments to customerMakes necessary adjustments to orders based on Customer requestsAudits orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note followingPackages / transports/ loads groceries / merchandise from holding areas to customer¿s vehicleMinimizes shrink through careful handling of productAchieves productivity standards• Sanitation / Stocking / Food Safety:Gathers baskets and picks up trash inside and outside eStore, as neededMaintains / stocks bag areasReturns product to shelfTransfers products from slot to slot to help free up cartsOrganizes carts / maintains cleanliness within the eStoreMaintains standards for safety and sanitationThe responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
