Job Description Agile Delivery Lead u2022u2003Location: IN - Gurgaon u2022u2003Contractor Role/Responsibilities u2022u2003Serve as Agile Delivery Lead and lead scrum teams on mid to large initiatives independently, interact with product, delivery, and business partners u2022u2003Should be able to manage multiple initiatives (at-least 2) u2022u2003Collaborate with product owner, technical leads and quality assurance leads to ensure effective communication and identify, track, and remove impediments impacting delivery. u2022u2003Support team commitments and delivery predictability u2022u2003Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders. u2022u2003Collaborate throughout the duration of an implementation by reviewing and guiding on project artifacts, helping coordinate meetings with subject matter experts and testing new functionality. u2022u2003Provide demonstrations of and documentation for new features in the system/software. u2022u2003Transition all new technology solutions to the Production Operations and Support Teams. u2022u2003Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency.
