Kforce 's client, a highly successful New England company with a 30+ years strong record of growth and success, is in search of a Senior Accountant.nnOverviewnWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our firm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial close and general ledger functions for an assigned group of entities. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.nnResponsibilities include but are not limited to:n Maintenance of General Ledger and Reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual)n Calculation of Annual CAM and TAX true upsn Work closely with property management team in order to resolve property related issues and ensure quality reporting-Bank reconciliationsn Oversee Cash receipts/receivables for portfolion Review Budgets and provide feedback to Property Managersn Lease review, interpretation and compliancen Debt review and compliance reportingn Partnership agreement review and compliance reportingn Maintaining and processing quarterly distributions to partnersn Miscellaneous Partner requests related to Due diligence of propertiesn Work with outside CPA firm for Annual Book and Tax requirements
