As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to provide system administration support for unclassified and classified research and development computing environments. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Windows, Linux, and macOS systems on multiple Department of Defense (DoD)networks. You will also be responsible for ensuring the compliance of all systems. You will work closely with project teams consisting of government, military, and contractor personnel to support research, development, integration and experimentation. You Have: * Experience with Windows, Linux and macOS system administration * Experience with system and network troubleshooting * Experience administrating hypervisors or virtual environments * Experience with Microsoft Office suite * Ability to write shell administration scripts such as PowerShell and Bash * Ability to obtain a Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree * Windows or Linux Computing Environment Training Certification * DoD 8570.01-M IAT Certification such as CompTIA Security+ CE Certification Nice If You Have: * Experience deploying or maintaining container software such as Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes * Experience automating repeatable tasks with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) services such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet * Experience troubleshooting and maintaining conference rooms utilizing remote meeting capabilities such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco WebEx * Experience troubleshooting and administrating remote systems connected to a Virtual Private Network (VPN) * Experience with the Air Force ticketing system EITaaS Service Now * Experience with Ivanti and Tenable Nessus * Experience with Network Access Storage (NAS) or Storage Access Network (SAN) * Experience with Windows Active Directory in design, implementation, and maintenance * Knowledge of software or hardware configurations to accelerate Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) tasks Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
