Job Title: Cleaning SpecialistJob Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to maintain cleanliness and overall appearance across assigned locations. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, follow safety standards, and ensure all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.Schedule: * Tuesday through Saturday * Shifts between 5:00 AM 7:00 PM (based on assignment)Compensation & Benefits: * $19.00/hour * 1 Week Paid Vacation * Travel Compensation * Bonus opportunitiesKey Responsibilities: * Perform general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, etc.) * Maintain cleanliness of common areas, commercial spaces, and residential areas as assigned * Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines * Report maintenance or safety concerns to management * Ensure all tasks are completed by the end of each shiftRequirements: * Bilingual (preferred/required) * Ability to work flexible hours within assigned shift range * Strong attention to detail and reliability * Ability to follow instructions and communicate with supervisors * Must meet with CSM/Manager as part of the interview process * Must wear company-provided uniform
