Parrot Realty is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong real estate background to oversee brokerage finances, build and improve systems and processes, serve as Broker of Record, ensure brokerage compliance, manage affiliate relationships, and oversee the company’s budgeting and financial pensation:$84,500Responsibilities:Oversee the financial operations of the brokerage, including budgeting, expense tracking, and overall financial organizationManage and improve internal systems and processes to support efficiency, scalability, and accountability across the companyHandle internal contracts and ensure all documentation is organized, accurate, and properly maintainedServe as Broker of Record and uphold the legal and operational standards of the brokerageEnforce and ensure compliance with brokerage policies, licensing requirements, and real estate regulationsStrengthen and maintain affiliated partnerships with vendors, service providers, and other key business relationshipsManage and allocate budgets across marketing, lead generation, personnel, and operational needsSupport human resources functions, including internal team coordination, onboarding support, and staff accountabilityOversee brokerage scheduling and help coordinate communication and workflow between the Sales Manager and the rest of the staffHelp create structure within the organization by keeping departments aligned, deadlines on track, and operations running smoothlyIdentify opportunities to streamline operations and implement better systems that support long-term company growthQualifications:Real Estate Broker LicenseExperience in Running Operations in Real Estate for 3+ YearsProven Track Record of Building Systems and ProcessesThis is an IN-HOUSE PositionAbout CompanyOur team leader is the #1 Real Estate Agent in Broward County, Florida for 2025!
