We move fast, we prioritize quality over everything, and we are looking for a Sourcing Manager to help us scale our production while maintaining the boutique soul of the brand.The RoleAs the Sourcing & Production Manager, you will own the lifecycle of a PARKE garment, from the first sample to the final delivery. You will manage our manufacturing partners (primarily in NY and overseas), negotiate costs, and ensure that every piece meets our "cool-girl" quality standards. You are a master of timelines and a stickler for detail.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and grow relationships with domestic (USA) and international factories. Scout new partners who align with PARKE’s commitment to quality and ethics.Work closely with design to translate creative concepts into technical reality. Manage tech packs, fit sessions, and grading.Manage COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) to meet margin targets without compromising fabric integrity or construction.Create and enforce a strict production "Drop" calendar to ensure inventory arrives on time for scheduled social launches.Establish and oversee QC protocols. You are the final gatekeeper for fabric hand-feel, wash consistency (especially denim), and stitching.Help us source innovative, sustainable materials that align with our "elevated essentials" ethos.Who You AreExperience: 4-6 years in apparel production/sourcing (specifically within denim and/or premium basics).Deep understanding of garment construction, fabric weights, and the denim washing process.You are comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot quickly when a sample isn't right or a shipment is delayed. You live in spreadsheets and project management tools, but you have an eye for the "Parke Aesthetic."
