Overview We’re seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Host. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience through genuine hospitality and attentive service.What You’ll Be DoingGreet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth, providing menus, silverware, and any additional items they may need.Manage reservations and guest flow through our Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure a seamless dining experience.Assist in clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables to uphold a polished, welcoming atmosphere.Maintain knowledge of table numbers, seating capacities, and service sections to support smooth municate with the culinary team about daily menus, specials, and guest spect dining and buffet setups for accuracy, presentation, and attention to detail.ScheduleAs a year-round resort operation, flexibility is essential.
