Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school located in Bonsall, CA. This contract role offers an opportunity to work closely with young learners from preschool through 3rd grade, supporting approximately 50 students. The position runs from ASAP through June 5, 2026, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for preschool to 3rd-grade students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school district policies. Support students in achieving communication goals to enhance their educational experience and social development. Qualifications: Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Current state licensure to practice as an SLP. Experience working with elementary-aged children, particularly in early childhood education settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and educators. Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently.
