Benefits: Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development Position SummaryThe general cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of stadium facilities before, during, and after events. This role is essential in delivering a safe, clean, and positive experience for all guests, staff, and partners.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, concourses, seating areas, premium spaces, locker rooms, and back-of-house areas Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables; replace liners as needed Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces Restock restroom and facility supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels, tissue) Respond promptly to spills, biohazards, and guest service requests during events Assist with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown/cleaning Operate cleaning equipment in accordance with safety guidelines Identify and report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to supervisors Follow all company policies, OSHA standards, and safety procedures Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to varying weather and large crowds Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a dynamic stadium environment with large crowds, high noise levels, and varying weather conditions.
