What You’ll Do As a Packager: Visually inspect cookies; remove defects from the line Prep cookies for sleeving or rework as needed Rotate sitting/standing positions every 15-20 minutes Stack, organize, and move products into crates/boxes Label and wrap products for quality assurance Follow all safety protocols Take direction from experienced team members As a Utility Packager: Clean floors; keep workspaces organized Use pallet jacks to move materials to lines Stock cardboard in box loader Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally What You Need Proof of Grade 12 diploma or GED Pre-employment screens Wear provided PPE: hairnet, beard net (if needed), lab coat, ear plugs, bump cap Bring your own steel-toed safety shoes and work pants (no jeans/joggers) Long-sleeve t-shirts available via payroll deduction (provided by Kelly) Review the communication board daily for important updates and overtime sign-up Perks Beyond Kelly - Once Hired by Ferrero: Packager: $20.48/hr to start; $20.78/hr after 3 mo.; $21.09/hr after 6 mo.
