Key Responsibilities Handle personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trialConduct case evaluations, legal research, and strategy developmentNegotiate settlements and advocate for favorable client outcomesMaintain compliance with deadlines, filings, and procedural requirementsCommunicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and opposing counselWork both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Qualifications Active Connecticut Bar admission (in good standing)3-5 years of experience in personal injury lawProven ability to negotiate settlements; litigation experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume caseloadDriven, professional, and client-focused Why Consider This Role?
