Overview Full Time & Part Time Seasonal positions availableThe role of the barista is to handle transactions at the register, make all products and coffees in accordance with the recipe and standard process, maintain the barista area, assist in maintenance of the retail floor, practice good teamwork, and provide excellent customer service. Part of this position involves light lifting, and standing for long durations of time. As a resort position, baristas will also be encouraged to help, on occasion, with things like pool attendant shifts and banquet shifts. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Maintaining cleanliness of the barista areaMaintaining proper stock of supplies in the barista areaHandling cash and credit transactionsRestocking the retail floorAssisting in merchandising the retail floorAssisting in opening and closing the marketAssisting in cleanliness of the retail floorProviding an excellent guest experienceLearning new products and processesCooperating with team in a friendly mannerCompletion of tasks given by managerExpectations:Come to work with a friendly attitudeWork as a team playerHave a willingness to learnGain a sense of independence, within reason, after proper training and time spent working.Show up on time and communicate any time off requests in advance with the manager.No call no shows are unacceptable, and reliability is an expectation.
