About the Role :Grade Level (for internal use):08The Team: The team’s primary responsibility is to transcribe and create documentation or transcripts for both external and internal clients from financial-related calls or non-financial-related events that can be captured via video or audio. We offer several products to our clients, some of which are but not limited to a live streaming product for real time capture of events, a preliminary copy and a final error-free copy of the event.Responsibilities: Be responsible for the entire cycle of Korean projects assigned to the individuals or vendorsRecruitment, training, support, scheduling, evaluation of both transcription and translation resourcesCollecting, gathering, tracking, and monitoring of financial and non-financial events of publicly-listed companies in KoreaCreation of event IDs, volume forecast, scheduling, and assignment of confirmed Korean events to freelancers/independent contractorsHelp on exploring corporate outreach and corporate communications with listing companies in Korean marketsBe able to edit, update, judge the correctness for any revision requests for Korean transcriptsQuality checks and independent assessments of the transcribed and translated Korean eventsHandle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentMaintain good relationships and partnerships with contract freelancers/vendors globallyReview transcription/translation processes and provide recommendations for workflow efficiency and process optimizationWhat We’re Looking ForBasic Qualifications:Excellent communication skills in both English and native level of Korean (written and spoken - Korean language certification may be required for non-native speakersMinimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably the field of translationStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-taskBasic knowledge of MS OfficeExperience working in translations is preferredHigh level of interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environmentWilling to learn new things, and be open to challengesWhat’s In It For You?Our Mission: Advancing Essential Intelligence.Our People:We're more than 35,000 strong worldwide—so we're able to understand nuances while having a broad perspective.
