Preferred Qualities: The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills and a very high attention to detail. You will be answering phones, greeting customers in the lobby, calling customers to provide service updates and maintaining the customer database to ensure proper billing. Experience working in an automotive and/or diesel service center or another fast-paced environment is a bonus!Proficient knowledge of computers, typing skills and ability to learn and adapt quickly.This position will be responsible for all of road service administrative functions while the primary road service advisor is on maternity leave.Position rotates evening and weekend remote phone support.
