We are seeking a skilledCookto join the team at a local restaurant in Abbeville, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring the quality and presentation of meals meet the highest standards.Pay range will be$12.00-$16.00 per hourbased on experience and will work Monday-Thursday 10am-2pm and Friday-Saturday 10am-9pm shift.Duties- Plan and prepare meals according to the menu- Handle food in compliance with health and safety regulations- Execute meal preparation efficiently and in a timely manner- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area- Ensure proper food storage and labeling- Follow food safety standards and guidelinesRequirements:- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or dietary department- ServSafe certification required.
