We are partnered with a law firm in the area that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic legal team. This position is ideal for an attorney with a strong civil litigation background, excellent research and writing skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process.Key Responsibilities Defend clients in a wide range of civil litigation mattersConduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategiesDraft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreementsAdvise clients on legal issues and guide them through all stages of the litigation processAppear at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings as requiredBuild and maintain strong, professional client relationshipsCollaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with the State Bar3+ years of civil litigation experienceStrong knowledge of state civil procedure and litigation strategiesExcellent written and oral communication skillsSuperior research and analytical abilitiesAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to a teamStrong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skillsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailClient-focused approach to legal practice If you are a motivated and skilled attorney looking for a rewarding career in a supportive and innovative environment, I want to hear from you!
