Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abernathy, Texas. This long-term contract position involves providing vital support to a construction jobsite, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The role offers the opportunity to engage with diverse team members, manage essential supplies, and oversee various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: u2022 Serve as the primary administrative support on a bustling construction jobsite, ensuring efficiency in daily operations. u2022 Coordinate with jobsite personnel, delivery drivers, and catering services to maintain seamless workflows. u2022 Manage office supply inventory and handle procurement to ensure the workspace remains well-equipped. u2022 Oversee email correspondence and provide timely responses to inquiries from team members and external stakeholders. u2022 Perform data entry tasks with precision and maintain organized records for easy access and reference. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook to create and manage documents and communications. u2022 Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide receptionist support as needed. u2022 Assist in scheduling and maintaining calendars for meetings and other jobsite activities. u2022 Adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a dynamic, quick-paced environment. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in administrative roles within fast-paced environments. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook for document creation and email management. u2022 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders. u2022 Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records. u2022 Ability to manage office supplies and ensure timely restocking as needed. u2022 Experience in receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls. u2022 Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
