Individual pay range is subject to change depending on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.This hybrid role is primarily focused on order entry, and the remaining 25% of the role involves assisting the material handling team as needed.Clerical responsibilities:Processing, verifying, and managing customer orders with a high level of accuracyGeneral clerical responsibilities such as data entry, document management, filing, and administrative supportResponsibilities may include recording inventory/production information or other data in Excel and generating weekly, monthly, and yearly reportsAnswers several phone lines and takes messagesMaterial Handling responsibilities:Supporting warehouse operations such as picking, packing, inventory organization, and general logistics supportLoads, unloads, and move materials from one location to another within the plant using a turret truck, tow motor, stack truck, and/or electric truck (walkie)Reads work orders or follows oral instructions to move materials or containersMay weigh skids for shipping purposesLifts skids of product on pallet wrapper machine with stack truckForklift experience preferred on both stand up and sit down forklifts.Good communication skillsGood math skillsAbility to use a multi-line phonePC training or comparable experience (mostly used are WORD and EXCEL)Ability to use all types of office equipmentGood organization skillsGood interpersonal skillsAbility to work with confidential information East Penn offers excellent benefits:Competitive compensationGroup insurance that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage401K savings planLife insuranceAnnual bonus9 paid holidays and 10 days of paid time offEmployee assistance programsFitness DiscountsPromotional opportunities
