Provides guidance on such to writers.Plans, strategizes, and positions proposals, including developing win themes, best value propositions, strengths, and graphics.Conducts and participates in color team reviews.Managing the development and presentation of the proposal kickoff packageCounsels and serves as main resource on all matters of a proposal natureServes as interface to contracts, pricing, security, subcontracts, graphics, editing, and technical solutioning departmentsBachelor's degree10+ years managing proposals in a Federal IT & Engineering environment at large companies.Experience managing proposals on IT platforms such as SharePoint or VPC.Experience using automated tools and AI to aid in the proposal development process.AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners.
