Whatu2019s a typical day as Production Worker? Youu2019ll be: + Working as a technician in a state-of-the-art lab facility, packaging IR detectors. + Handling chemicals, epoxies, adhesives, and solvents while following strict safety protocols. + Using microscopes, tweezers, and small hand tools to inspect, assemble, and package sensitive parts. + Collaborating with team members and other departments to achieve production goals. + Wearing PPE and adhering to rigorous methodologies and procedures. + Training under a senior technician, technician lead, or process engineer as needed. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: + Have a high school diploma or GED (required). + Bring at least four years of relevant manufacturing or technician experience. + Possess exceptional attention to detail and can follow engineering instructions precisely. + Are comfortable working extended periods in an environmentally controlled area. + Can use a microscope and small hand tools, often with both hands simultaneously. + Have basic to moderate computer skills. + (Preferred) Have experience in cleanroom environments, handling ESD sensitive parts, or are familiar with FOD reduction methods. + (Preferred) Have experience with Z-scopes, tab bond or wire bond processes. + Can communicate clearly in English and comprehend written and verbal instructions. + Are physically able to push carts, reach above shoulder height, and visually inspect small parts.
