Description Staff Accountant (Temp-to-Perm) Miami Lakes Ready to roll up your sleeves and help build an accounting department from the ground up? Weu2019re a growing manufacturer/distributor in the Miami Lakes area looking for a hands-on Staff Accountant to join our team during an exciting phase of growth and system transformation. This is a true all-hands-on-deck role with exposure across the full accounting cycle: + Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable + Process vendor invoices, 3-way matching, and manage payment terms + Manage collections, cash applications, and customer payments + Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records + Support month-end close and financial reporting + Build and monitor reporting dashboards and key financial reports + Assist with QuickBooks to Sage implementation and transition + Partner with leadership to improve processes as the department grows Requirements + 2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing/distribution a plus) + Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and reconciliations + Experience with QuickBooks; exposure to Sage or ERP implementations is a big plus + Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment + Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership + Team player mindsetu2014this is a small but growing company Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
