The Community Marketing team unifies and amplifies financial health initiatives that build trust in communities, empower consumers, and strengthen relationships with Chase customers. As a Content Channel Producer Associate in Consumer Bank, you'll be responsible for digitizing and adapting pillar content and new and existing long-form assets from internal Marketing and Communication stakeholders into engaging video formats - both short-form and long-form - for all audience segments across multiple channel partners. You'll leverage channel insights (e.g., web, email, partner platforms, social, etc.) to surface format and style opportunities that drive engagement, and brings concepts to life through end-to-end video development, from scripting to agency collaboration to final delivery. By transforming new and existing long-form content into channel-ready video, you'll amplify the reach of each financial health theme or campaign message. As an activation partner, you'll execute against the studio's editorial strategy, ensuring every video asset is optimized for the channel, audience, and moment. Job responsibilities + Digitize and transform new and existing long-form content and pillar assets from internal Marketing and Communication stakeholders into channel-ready video formats (e.g., paid social, web placements, partner-distributed content) tailored to the specifications and audiences of each channel partner, amplifying the reach of financial health themes and campaign messages. + Support the full lifecycle of video concepts - collaborating on scripts, developing storyboards, reviewing creative briefs, and collaborating with agencies on production and post-production - across both short- and long-form formats. + Serve as the video activation lead across multiple channel partners (e.g., web, email, partner platforms), ensuring each asset meets channel-specific requirements, audience expectations, and brand standards. + Support social channels specifically in the context of mass paid targeting campaigns and the social ambassador program, adapting video assets for those distribution strategies as needed. + Provide agencies with creative briefs, scripts, shot lists, messaging hierarchy, and platform/channel specifications with particular emphasis on video production direction and format requirements. + Work with the Lead Content Creator to maintain the video library within the master editorial calendar, owning the video layer of every publish cycle across channels. + Support ideation meetings with real-time data on video content performance and audience engagement trends that the studio hasn't yet addressed. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills + Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field + 2 plus years of hands-on experience producing video content for a brand, with a focus on both short-form and long-form formats adapted for multiple channels and audiences + Demonstrated ability to distill long-form content into compelling video concepts across a range of lengths and formats - from 15-second clips to multi-minute features + Platform and channel fluency, with understanding of how video performs differently across web, email, partner platforms, and social + Experience creating video content for a financial services brand, fintech, or financial education organization, with awareness of compliance requirements Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills + Bilingual content experience (English/Spanish) is a meaningful plus + Video production across formats: scripting, storyboarding, pacing, and agency direction for both short-form and long-form + Strong short-form writing: captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive engagement + Multi-channel content adaptation and creative briefing + Collaboration with creative teams, agencies, and channel partners + Content intelligence: turning performance data and channel insights into editorial recommendations Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
