About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative u2013 Order Processing to support our customers and sales representatives. This is not a highu2011volume call center role. Instead, youu2019ll handle custom orders and clientu2011specific questions, often collaborating with internal teams such as Engineering and Warehouse to ensure accuracy and timely resolution. New hires will begin as Order Processing Representatives, focusing on data entry and system navigation while learning NORDu2019s products, processes, and systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailu2011oriented work, learning technical products, and supporting customers in a collaborative environment.
