Responsibilities: u2022 Welcome guests and clients upon arrival, provide a positive first impression, and guide them to the appropriate person or department. u2022 Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, respond professionally, and direct each call to the correct contact. u2022 Coordinate scheduling needs by arranging appointments, maintaining calendars, and reserving meeting spaces as requested. u2022 Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to ensure timely receipt by staff members. u2022 Keep the reception area and shared office spaces neat, presentable, and ready for visitors throughout the day. u2022 Provide administrative support by entering data, organizing files, and preparing routine documents and correspondence. u2022 Track inventory of office materials and submit supply orders before stock runs low. u2022 Handle sensitive information carefully and maintain confidentiality in all front office interactions. u2022 Offer general assistance to employees and visitors while helping maintain smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
