We are URGENTLY HIRING for a Operations Manager for a local company in Poplar Bluff, MO! 🚀 What You’ll Do You’ll take ownership of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations, driving innovation, efficiency, and measurable outcomes across the business. Design and execute forward-thinking strategies to enhance delivery, operational stability, and collections performance Build, test, and scale RCM pilot programs while leveraging data to improve claim resolution and revenue outcomes Lead end-to-end RCM functions, including Prior Authorization, Insurance Verification, Denial Management, AR Follow-up, Payment Posting, and Patient Billing Monitor and optimize KPIs, ensuring all portfolios meet or exceed SLAs and internal benchmarks Drive operational excellence across downstream revenue cycle functions and patient financial services Translate complex regulatory requirements and specialty-specific nuances into effective operational practices 👥 Leadership & Impact This is more than operations—this is about building people and performance. Lead, mentor, and inspire teams of 100-120 FTEs in a high-performance environment Develop strong mid-level leaders and foster a culture of accountability, growth, and engagement Drive employee retention, career development, and engagement initiatives Conduct structured performance reviews and continuous feedback cycles Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, Quality, Compliance, and Training teams 📊 Strategy, Reporting & Client Engagement You’ll be the face of operations—internally and externally. Deliver insightful weekly and monthly dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with clients and executive stakeholders Manage workforce planning, capacity models, and inventory to support scalable growth Build strong client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management ✅ What You Bring 8+ years of end-to-end RCM experience with deep expertise in operational metrics and performance frameworks 3+ years of leadership experience (or currently in a management role) Proven track record managing large teams (100+ employees) in high-volume environments Strong business acumen with the ability to plan, organize, and optimize resources for maximum impact Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive presentations Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 💰 Pay: Based on Experience🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
