Description A mission-driven organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a newly funded, high-visibility initiative in partnership with a major public-sector agency. What Youu2019ll Do + Own full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-volume program roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support + Develop and execute creative and proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, workforce development programs, community partnerships, and online tools + Build and manage strong candidate pipelines, ensuring ongoing engagement throughout an extended hiring lifecycle + Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, competencies, and mission alignment + Support accelerated hiring timelines tied to new program funding + Coordinate and track background clearance and onboarding milestones, including documentation collection and follow-ups + Maintain consistent, candidate-first communication to reduce drop-off and ensure a positive hiring experience + Track requisitions, candidate activity, sourcing metrics, and onboarding progress within an ATS + Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory hiring requirements + Prepare recruitment updates, pipeline reports, and hiring insights as needed Requirements + 2u20133 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Recruiting Coordination + Strong sourcing experience, ideally supporting mission-driven, social services, or community-focused roles + Comfort navigating compliance-driven hiring processes (background checks, clearances, documentation) + Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities + Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in candidate-facing interactions + Detail-oriented, dependable, and energized by fast-paced, deadline-driven work + Bacheloru2019s degree required or an equivalent combination of education and experience TalentMatchu00ae Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
