Required Education/Experience + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a minimum of one year experience including cumulative work or equivalent internship/co-op experience OR six months of Con Edison co-op or internship experience. Relevant Work Experience + Must be highly motivated and committed to delivering excellence in the area of EH&S and recognize the critical importance of teamwork, required. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required. + Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), required. + Ability to handle multiple work assignments, changing priorities, and meeting deadlines, required. + Knowledge and experience in technical whitepaper drafting, capital and O&M work classification, appropriations and authorizations, budgets, schedules, and milestones, required. Skills and Abilities + Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc. + Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities Licenses and Certifications + Driver's License Required Physical Demands + Ability to read small print and symbols Additional Physical Demands + The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. + Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
