Overview The Senior Analyst is responsible for campaign management activities such as set-up, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation for a New client. The Senior Analyst is also responsible for identifying and implementing optimizations as approved by the manager and client. The ideal candidate is an organized, data-driven, collaborative self-starter who is eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape. They will have at least one year of hands-on experience in executing paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn with the highest level of accuracy, with additional experience in Snapchat and Pinterest being preferred. Experience working with CPG, retail, eCommerce, or technology accounts is also strongly preferred. Our social team works across a diverse range of sectors on some of the largest and most dynamic clients within the agency. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader and paid social expert who is keen to submerge themselves into a number of projects. Responsibilities + Support new client onboarding, defining goals, KPIs, workflows, and success metrics to ensure strong foundations for performance and scalability + Execute, manage, and optimize media campaigns for agency clients (including paid social), both independently and in support of Managers, with hands-on execution across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn ensuring accuracy in setup, trafficking, and QA + Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to agency best practices + Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials + Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns + Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports + Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities + Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch + Traffic campaigns into technology platforms + Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance + Generate and manage monthly bill/pay and spend reporting + Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance Qualifications + 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid social campaign execution, including campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimization, and performance analysis across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and LinkedIn + Proven experience managing end-to-end campaign lifecycles, including campaign development, bid management, optimization, and reporting + Strong understanding of digital media operations, including trafficking workflows, tagging/tracking, pacing, and campaign troubleshooting + Experience working within social platforms and/or third-party APIs, with the ability to navigate platform nuances and executional details + Familiarity with PPC, digital display, and broader performance media channels is a plus + Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations + Experience supporting or participating in client onboarding, including setting up workflows, KPIs, and campaign structures for new business + Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously + Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support client-facing deliverables + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate to advanced skills preferred) + Resourceful, curious, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment + Resume considerations: + Social platforms managed (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.) + Any DSP experience (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.) + Onboarding experience (client, vendor, or new team members) + Industry/vertical experience (e.g., CPG, retail, tech, etc.) + Any people management, mentoring, or leadership experience Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto u201cViva La Diffu00e9renceu201d means weu2019re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
