Position Summary The Regional Sales Officer - Cross Sell plays a vital role in driving growth across all lines of businessu2014Employee Benefits (EB), Retirement & Private Wealth (RPW), Personal Lines (PL) and Commercial Lines (P&C)u2014for HUB Northeast. This individual thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is accountable for developing, supporting, and promoting cross-selling initiatives throughout the region. Working closely with regional leadership, producers, and client services teams, this role focuses on optimizing cross-sell opportunities and building a strong cross-sell culture. The Regional Sales Officer - Cross Sell will collaborate with the data analytics team to identify opportunities, coordinate with marketing on targeted campaigns, and ensure cross-sell efforts are managed and executed to achieve revenue targets. While this role does not have direct reports, it is a key position within the sales leadership team requiring strong influence and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities _Cross-Sell Strategy & Execution_ u2022 Develop, execute, and measure cross-sell strategies and initiatives for HUB Northeast across EB, RPW, and Commercial Lines u2022 Build annual cross-sell strategy and resulting initiatives aligned with regional business objectives u2022 Customize national cross-sell initiatives to fit the unique dynamics, priorities, and opportunities within HUB Northeast u2022 Identify and remove barriers to cross-sell success _Stakeholder Collaboration_ u2022 Build strong relationships with the Region President, CSO, producers, advisors, and Client Services teams to achieve cross-sell targets u2022 Connect with producers across all business lines to identify competencies (industry specialty, geography, client demographics) and facilitate introductions u2022 Act as a resource and subject matter expert for field colleagues; provide coaching on cross-sell techniques and value proposition articulation u2022 Act as the central liaison between EB, RPW, and Commercial Lines teams to foster collaboration and communication u2022 Participate in Critical Path meetings, stewardship meetings, and line-of-business sales meetings u2022 Attend client meetings to present growth opportunities when appropriate _Pipeline & Opportunity Management_ u2022 Collaborate with the data analytics team to identify cross-sell opportunities within producer books u2022 Review cross-sell opportunities with producers, advisors, and sales leaders; prioritize high-probability opportunities u2022 Triage all leads to ensure proper assignment and hold producers accountable for identified opportunities u2022 Meet regularly with producers and advisors to track progress and update opportunity status u2022 Work with Sales Enablement to manage and track pipeline in the CRM system; promote CRM adoption u2022 Manage operational workflow for lead generation, follow-up meetings, and pipeline reporting _Performance Monitoring & Reporting_ u2022 Lead the continuous improvement of cross-sell reporting: won opportunities, pipeline value, leaderboards by line of business, and campaign-generated opportunities u2022 Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, win rates, and revenue impact u2022 Provide regular status updates on cross-sell activities to the Region President, CSO, EMT, and regional leadership u2022 Identify areas of underperformance and partner with leadership to implement improvement plans u2022 Create financial reports using KPI analysis to inform strategy and decision-making _Marketing & Enablement_ u2022 Work with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and sales initiatives that profile HUB capabilities across all lines of business u2022 Organize regional workshops, training sessions, and joint planning meetings to drive producer engagement and strengthen cross-sell culture u2022 Oversee delivery of targeted education sessions for advisors on key cross-sell product lines and value propositions _Other_ u2022 Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and internal M&A efforts to identify new cross-sell opportunities u2022 Ensure compliance with policies and procedures u2022 Travel as needed to support cross-sell initiatives across the region u2022 Additional job-related duties as assigned Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience u2022 10+ years' experience in Property & Casualty and/or Employee Benefits u2022 5+ years' experience in sales, sales operations, business development, or sales leadership u2022 Experience cross-selling and collaborating with different lines of business u2022 Proven experience in sales process and account management u2022 Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights u2022 Proficiency in leveraging technology, CRM systems, and sales tools to improve efficiency u2022 Excellent communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills u2022 Ability to articulate value propositions to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner u2022 Strong attention to detail and accuracy u2022 Strong growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt well to change u2022 Full understanding of HUB structure and vision preferred _The expected salary range for this position is $170,000 annually to $250,000 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidateu2019s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific positionu2019s business line, scope and level.
