Position Summary CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is building the next generation of retail & health media technology. We empower suppliers, merchants, store teams, brand advertisers, and agencies through fullu2011funnel media solutions powered by CVSu2019s unmatched inu2011store and online data. Our reach, scale, and insight capabilities enable measurable outcomesu2014and weu2019re only getting started. At the center of this transformation is a foundational, endu2011tou2011end campaign lifecycle platform that supports how campaigns are sold, planned, activated, optimized, measured, and billed across CMXu2019s onsite, in store, offsite, and experiential experiences. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help define and build this platformu2014owning core capabilities across sales and campaign workflows while identifying and activating AIu2011driven and agentic use cases that improve how CMX operates at scale. This individual contributor role would be ideal for a handsu2011on platform builder who thrives in ambiguity, is comfortable navigating complex systems, and is motivated by building durable product foundations that unlock speed, consistency, and automation across teams. Key Responsibilities Platform & Product Leadership + Own core components of an endu2011tou2011end campaign lifecycle platform, spanning pre-sales, campaign setup, activation, optimization, measurement, and billing. + Help define a unified product strategy that serves as a shared foundation across CMX products rather than a standalone point solution. + Translate longu2011term platform vision into a phased, executable roadmap that balances nearu2011term delivery with longu2011term scalability. AI Use Case Assessment & Activation + Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and agentic use cases across the campaign lifecycle. + Help activate AIu2011driven capabilities that improve CMX internal operations, including workflow efficiency, decision support, automation, and campaign execution quality. + Ensure AI capabilities are thoughtfully integrated into the platform roadmap with clear business value, guardrails, and success metrics. Endu2011tou2011End Product Development + Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, including requirements definition, discovery & scoping, and delivery. + Work closely with Engineering and Architecture on platform design decisions, including APIs, data models, and extensibility. + Write clear, outcomeu2011oriented product requirements that align business goals with technical execution. + Define success metrics across adoption, operational efficiency, and platform performance. Collaboration & Crossu2011Functional Influence + Act as a connective layer across CMX teams, ensuring alignment between campaign platform capabilities and onsite and in store, offsite, selfu2011service, and future product needs. + Partner with Sales, Operations, and Client Success to ensure the platform improves both internal execution at scale and advertiser experience. + Communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to senior stakeholders and leadership. Office Location This role is remote or hybrid and commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs, which requires working in the office 2 days a week (Tuesday - Wednesday): + New York, NY u2013 Soho office + Boston or Wellesley, MA + Woonsocket, RI + Blue Bell, PA + Chicago, IL Required Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in product management with a strong understanding of endu2011tou2011end product lifecycle management + 2 + years of proven experience delivering complex, crossu2011functional products with multiple stakeholder groups ideally spanning platform AdTech, MarTech, or datau2011driven systems Preferred Qualifications + Experience building or scaling platforms, shared services, or foundational product layers + Familiarity with campaign workflows, ad tech systems, or retail media ecosystems + Experience evaluating or implementing AIu2011driven features, automation, or decisionu2011support systems + Comfort operating in ambiguous problem spaces and earlyu2011stage platform builds + Experience partnering closely with engineering on technical product decisions + Analytical, structured problemu2011solver with a datau2011driven approach + Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executiveu2011level storytelling + Experience in healthcare, retail, or highly regulated environments a plus Education Bacheloru2019s degree in a relevant field or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
