Role Overview Sodexou2019s Supply Management Food Platform team is seeking a Business Technology Manager. The Business Technology Manager is responsible for formulating and defining system scope, objectives, and requirements based on a deep understanding of user needs, business processes, and industry standards. Candidates can reside anywhere within the U.S. Preferred east coast What You'll Do + Will act as the primary a Data Governance lead for North America Supply Managementthe North American Food Platform team, ensuring alignment with global standards, policies, and operating models + Will operationalize data governance principles across supply managementFood Platform functions and champion adoption of enterprise governance frameworks and tooling across regional teams + Will establish and maintain oversight of data quality, driving continuous improvement across accuracy, completeness, validity, uniqueness, timeliness, and consistency + Will partner with regional and global data governance teams to implement best practices and resolve complex, crossu2011domain data issues + Will lead crossu2011functional delivery with Food PlatformTDDI (Tech Digital Data & Innovation) stakeholders by translating operational needs into actionable requirements and user stories, and driving timely, informed decisionu2011making + Will analyze and document currentu2011state systems, data flows, and integrations to define project scope, milestones, dependencies, and key risks + Will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure solution designs and deliverables align with CDM and APIu2011first integration patterns, while managing decision logs, approvals, and outstanding actions + Will support and maintain the integrated project planu2014including milestones, dependencies, and RAIDu2014while delivering executiveu2011ready status reporting and driving crossu2011team issue and risk resolution + Will lead data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities; define acceptance criteria; and drive timely triage and remediation of data quality issues + Will own endu2011tou2011end UAT execution with business partners, including test strategy, defect triage and resolution, retesting cycles, training readiness, and formal signu2011off + Will drive gou2011live readiness and provide postu2013gou2011live BAU support to stabilize operations and ensure a successful transition to production What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. What You Bring + Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent experience + Minimum 5 years of management experience + 2 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating data reporting or evaluation solutions + Proficiency in data quality monitoring and implementing improvements, data stewardship, and master data management processes and systems + Experience with Azure hybrid technologies (e.g., Azure Stack Hub, Azure Stack HCI) as they relate to data governance and enterprise data management. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and collaborate across global and regional teams. + Project management skills & experience + Demonstrated ability to lead regional change and promote data-driven decision-making + Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI + Experience with database tools such as SQL. + Proficiency with Demio Webinar Software + Strong analytical skills u2013 with a proficient ability to read/write complex SQL queries to analyze data + Foodservice or hospitality industry experience preferred Who We Are At Sodexo, our purpose is to create a better everyday for everyone and build a better life for all.
