Job Description

CTG is seeking to fill a ServiceNow QA/Test Engineer position for our client. Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 12 months Duties: + Lead end-to-end quality assurance and testing efforts for a large-scale public sector ServiceNow platform + Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.) + Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to support efficient regression testing + Perform detailed manual functional testing of new features and thorough regression testing during platform upgrades and patch cycles + Validate platform configurations against security controls and data privacy requirements aligned with FedRAMP standards + Identify, document, and track defects through resolution; collaborate with development and architecture teams on root cause analysis + Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting in script preparation and providing technical guidance to stakeholders + Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system responsiveness and scalability under enterprise-level usage Skills: + Strong expertise in ServiceNow QA methodologies and platform testing + Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) + Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) + Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow Test Management) + Experience with automation tools such as Selenium (preferred) + Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy standards (FedRAMP experience preferred) + Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Experience: + 4+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience + Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience testing within the ServiceNow platform + Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or public sector implementations preferred + Proven ability to manage both manual and automated testing processes Education: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) + Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ISTQB Certified Tester preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
