Job Description Job Description The Groundskeeper is responsible for supporting dayu2011tou2011day property maintenance to ensure the community is clean, safe, and wellu2011maintained. This role assists with unit turns by completing basic tasks such as replacing lightbulbs and air filters in vacant units. The Groundskeeper also maintains exterior grounds, including common areas and outdoor spaces. This position supports the maintenance team by addressing routine upkeep needs and preparing units for incoming residents. They will work on a property that has 180 units.
