The positionoffers a rewarding chance to support individuals in need and contributeto the well-being of tenants.**In This Role, You Will:**- Oversee daily operations of Canyon Terrace Apartments, serving as the primary tenant contact and addressing concerns- Ensure property management aligns with company policies, regulatory requirements, and budget guidelines- Assist with leasing activities, including processing applications and managing lease renewals- Coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep- Perform groundskeeping duties such as landscaping and snow removal- Clean and maintain common areas and assist with unit turnovers, including preparing units for new tenantsThis position offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to thecommunity and help address the critical need for affordable housing.
