You enjoy working with others, are results-driven, and are looking for a variety of opportunities to develop personally and professionally.The RoleThe Manager, OS&E - Lifestyle will bring a blend of design sensibility, organizational acumen, and strong collaboration skills to assist in the creative development and coordination of projects from opening hotels to servicing product needs for existing the properties, embodying the brand essence throughout the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Global Director of OS&E and Product Development in managing all Lifestyle brand standards, supporting existing properties, and opening new properties.Manage OS&E requests from existing properties including F&B (serveware, glassware, and flatware), operational guest facing supplies and equipment, uniform refreshes, and guestroom touch pointsSource vendors and product options for existing and new projects via showroom tours and online researchDevelop close working relationships with trusted and new vendorsManage documentation including brand standard visual decks, OS&E property decks, and other presentations.Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones under the direction of the Global Director, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Operations, IT, F&B, and Marketing teams to support seamless openings and ensure alignment with brand and operational standardsParticipate in site visits and openingsStay current on industry trends, products, and best practices by attending market and trade showsRequired Skills & Qualifications6 + Years Design or Product Development ExperiencePrevious experience with budgeting and timelinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suites (especially Excel and Outlook) & CanvaProficient with Adobe Programs especially Acrobat and InDesign; Photoshop and Illustrator a plusSupport the Global Director of OS&E and Product Development in managing the Lifestyle brand standards, supporting existing properties, and opening new properties in the AmericasManage OS&E requests from existing properties including F&B (serveware, glassware, and flatware), operational guest facing supplies and equipment, uniform refreshes, and guestroom touch pointsSource vendors and product options for existing and new projects via showroom tours and online researchDevelop close working relationships with trusted and new vendorsManage documentation including brand standard visual decks, OS&E property decks, and other presentations.Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones under the direction of the Global Director, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Operations, IT, F&B, and Marketing teams to support seamless openings and ensure alignment with brand and operational standardsParticipate in site visits and openingsStay current on industry trends, products, and best practices by attending market and trade showsSome travel within the Americas for opening taskforce, sourcing trips requiredPreferred AttributesPrevious experience in Food & Beverage/Operations a plusPassion for hospitality, lifestyle, and experiential design.Curiosity and initiative in exploring design innovation, sustainability, and wellness.Familiarity with project coordination processes and documentation.Collaborative, enthusiastic team player with a solution-oriented mindset.We welcome you:Research shows that individuals tend to apply to jobs, only if they meet all the listed job qualifications.
